We want you to be fully satisfied with your Flipper Zero hardware; if you are not, you can return your device in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used devices or those with broken security seals are ineligible for return due to the nature of the hardware.

Prepare Package
Securely pack the Flipper Zero in its original box along with all included accessories, cables, and documentation to ensure no damage during transit.
Ship Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated fulfillment center for inspection.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device is in factory-new condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
